This partnership goes beyond sharing consultation rooms, staff, and theatre facilities. By assisting one another during major surgical procedures, they combine their expertise and perspectives to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care for their patients
Collaboration also plays an important role outside the operating theatre. Through cross-covering on-call duties, the team is able to provide continuity of care and reassurance for patients, knowing that someone familiar with their needs is always available. This shared approach creates a seamless experience for patients and contributes to positive outcomes, while also fostering a collegial environment where knowledge and experience are exchanged freely.
